janeforyou Barbara - Post 6 Grrrrl

[Marilyn Murphy visited the island of Lesbos this week to capture the spirit and image of a very successful SL-business woman: janeforyou Barbara. Marilyn, of course is the photographer and visionary behind Players, SL's in-world erotica magazine and janeforyou is someone you simply cannot do justice to in words - so enjoy the pictures! - the Editrix]

Many wonder on the nickname "janeforyou" Well its complicated...i am a owner in 2 other 3D web places outside SL.. there i was a guide that took care of all new member and my motto was " what can i do for you" so janeforyou are a combo of that and my RL name :-)

Wen i first come to Secondlife i looked for friends from my other places, and soon i found some! I got to Des Les ( remember that lovy place? )
Then i got a job as dancer at " The Sex Club" in Belmondo. Soon i advanced to hostess. Then i got my first lill flat that i decorated. I learned a lot on how to handle men and women in SL at that place!

After some time i got to be friend with a few Djs in SL. I decided to open my own Island " Isle Of Lesbos" At Isle Of Lesbos i was made " Empress Of Lesbos" At that time i had slaves or Subs if you like. I opened a lill mall and was happy with 6k traffick.

A few weeks went and suddenly i had 40-50k traffick and got 20 IMs a day from shopowners that wanted to rent more! We had Live Dj girls and 2 events a day! I moved out of my castle and redid it to a bigger mall and filled it up in 2 weeks!

A lot happened with Greefers- security bla bla bla dramas and stuff i wont go in to here.
But i i had to get my own priv isle to go to relax at, so i got one, i hired in the best landscaper i can get in SL and i then build 3 huge castles in 3 diff styles (yes i am a nut) And all just for my self :-))

After some time i decided to get build items from my own ideas... i hired a designer and together we made what you today can see at 67 shops round in SL "Miss Janes Lill Shop of BDSM"
